When using the mobile application, we may process:

• Cohort data: Your Invitation to Apply (ITA) date to assign you to the corresponding private community lounge.
• Process milestones: Filing, Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR), and approval dates declared voluntarily to power community statistics.
• Generated milestone captures: Anonymized graphics produced on-device by the app for secure sharing in the cohort lounge.

3. No Data Reselling

Your data is never sold, leased, or transferred to third parties for advertising or commercial solicitation. Statistical indicators shared in community barometers are rigorously aggregated and anonymized.

4. Security and Hosting

All network communications are encrypted end-to-end via TLS (HTTPS/WSS). Our secure database infrastructure enforces strict rule-based access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights (Quebec Law 25)

In accordance with Quebec Law 25, you hold the right to access, rectify, or fully delete your personal information at any time from the application settings or by contacting our team.
