What is the Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ)?

The Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) is the official document issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) certifying that you have been selected to settle permanently in Quebec. Once your CSQ is issued, you can submit your permanent residence application to the federal government (IRCC).

How do private ITA cohort lounges work?

Every Arrima invitation round corresponds to a specific cohort. Once you enter your Invitation to Apply (ITA) date, CSQ Tracker Pro automatically grants you access to an exclusive lounge with candidates invited on the exact same date. All milestone screenshots are verified and generated in-app to prevent disinformation.

Does the PSTQ calculator follow the official 1,400-point grid?

Yes, 100%! Our calculator faithfully mirrors the official MIFI scoring system: Human Capital (up to 520 pts for age, education, work experience, and French/English proficiency), Labor Market Needs (up to 700 pts with validated job offer in Greater Montreal or regions), and Adaptation Factors (up to 180 pts for previous stay in Quebec and accompanying spouse).

Is the application free to use?

Yes. Full access to live Arrima draw results, milestone tracking, and the 1,400-point PSTQ simulator is completely free for all candidates. Unlocking your ITA cohort lounge can be done simply by watching a short rewarded video, with no mandatory subscription.

Is CSQ Tracker Pro affiliated with the Quebec Government?

No. CSQ Tracker Pro is an independent, community-driven decision tool developed to guide and support economic immigration candidates. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Government of Quebec, MIFI, or IRCC. It is based on official public data and anonymous community feedback.

Which mobile platforms are supported?

CSQ Tracker Pro is available worldwide on the Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad) as well as the Google Play Store for all Android smartphones and tablets.
